Live, instructor-led internet-based training (what we call LIT) is the newest method of delivering computer training to a diverse market that needs to carefully balance time, money and technology education. We think it is an exciting and valuable new component of any training program, but we also realize that change is sometime met with hesitation and that some have also had less than excellent experiences with internet based training in the past. As usual, PCKeys has worked to develop our LIT offering in a way you've never experienced before, but we also wish to continue to gather opinions on what you want to see, when you want to see it and how you want to see it delivered.

We value your opinion! For taking a few minutes to answer the following 25 questions, you will be entered to win a pair of movie tickets. It's just our way of letting you know we value your opinion and your time! Thank you!
